Focusing on meaningful innovation

Research Teams

Each of the laboratory’s five research teams represents a well-defined disciplinary field enabling them to be recognised in their own communities and to develop a working environment conducive to the development of knowledge and know-how. At the same time, these five teams share common scientific challenges which are the systems approach and heterogeneous assemblages, the relevant multi-physical and multi-scale models, and the physical-information-energy couplings. These five teams are able to combine their skills to engage in large-scale projects in order to respond to societal or industrial challenges for transport, energy transition or industrial renewal.
